the PDIF organizers (hereafter "we, us") acknowledge that the information provided by participants, whether through forms, questions, comments, or during meeting discussions, does not grant us any rights to their work, and any accompanying intellectual property are retained by the current holder(s). All rights to inventions, whether patentable or not, conceived or first actually reduced to practice by one or more participants, are retained by the current holder(s).


Data Use Policy

We do not sell or share your data. Your registration data are stored in a secure, online database hosted by the West Coast Consortium for Technology & Innovation in Pediatrics (CTIP), one of the 5 Pediatric Device Consortia, and may be accessed by other PDCs for operational purposes of the forum. The FDA does not have access to the data we collect. We may use information provided by participants for internal tracking, record keeping, branding, website, press releases, social media presence, and general operations of the PDIF. We will never release any identifiable information, and all data presented publicly will be in aggregate only.
